Her hair…seriously, cute spiky hair I’m in love.  Miss Amelia made us work for these sweet sleeping newborn pics…but her Mom was so patient!  She just snuggled right in with Mommy and fell into a sweet deep sleep.

I was feeling the naturals with  spring colors for this session…I love using fabrics to create an organic and soft look to my newborn sessions.  And I love how it turned out for this session.

I often get asked if I do any sibling or family portraits during a newborn session…my answer is always YES.  Its an absolute precious time and its so fleeting.  I love how little they are in daddy’s arms…or that beautiful loving look mama gives to her sweet new one.  My approach to every newborn session is to make your new little one shine…she/he is the star of the show and I love to bring in soft fabrics to showcase how young and innocent they look.  Here are a few of my favorites from this session!  Happy Wednesday!
