Ohhhh, the newely renovated Craftwood Inn in Manitou Springs simply shined sitting in the foot hills of Pikes Peak.  Gorgeous vintage windows, beautiful artwork, warm fireplaces, candles and eclectic decor set the tone for this stunning, intimate, winter wedding.  The snow came down hard the night before and left behind gorgeous white snowy details to make Matt and Brooke’s portrait session so magical.

I asked Matt during his portraits how he met Brooke…he laughed and he said, “Oh I chased her for 2 years before we would go on a date”.  Ummmmm, that is incredibly romantic.  Pretty much what every girl wants  from their love is to be so treasured and sought after.  And during their vows that they shared…you could tell it was exactly that.  They treasured each other.  Brooke’s eyes lit up anytime she looked at him.  He would wipe her tears…ahhh, to say this was precious and beautiful to photograph would be an understatement.  You can see it in the images..that sweet love that they have for each other.  I loved being part of their beautiful wedding.  Of getting to spend time laughing and crying a bit with their friends and family.

This wedding was the perfect beginning to 2016 weddings and I’m so excited to share a few of my favorites from this day.  Congrats again Brooke and Matt…it was simply an honor to have photographed your beautiful love.
