Wow! This wedding had such a bold, bright and colorful summer vibe. Bright pops of pink peonies with candles on every table and tucked into random corners of the stunning Wedgewood made for a beautiful event. Cocktail tables had fun facts about Liz and Michael’s relationship, a guest sign in for the guest to leave personal notes to the bride and groom and paper flower photobooth made for such sweet personal touches. I loved the watercolor runner on the bridal parties table with antlers and candles and the gorgeous floral work by The Painted Primrose.
I think I could really go on in detail about all the lovely touches that Liz and Michael thought for their beautiful wedding. I felt that they matched perfectly for Liz’s personality. She is an artist and sees the world in such creative ways. Everywhere she goes she brings the biggest smile and makes you feel as if you are the most important person in the room. When Michael saw Liz for the first time his face broke into such sweet happiness. The way they would look at each other, take time to just be together away from their guests…it was obvious just how special this day was to each other and how much they loved one another. Loved this wedding not just because it was so beautiful to photograph but because of this couple. They are so kind, thoughtful and genuine. I loved hearing about their personal relationship during their wedding ceremony. It made me laugh to hear how competitive they were with each other. I can so relate to that with my hubby. Relationships always seem to have a way of making balance. Your spouse tends to be someone who brings in the opposite perspective of yours. And that was how I would describe Michael and Liz…a match made to strengthen each other. And I wish nothing but the best for this couple and their newest adventure. Here are a few of my favorites from their wedding day!
