I spoke with Natalie and Teddy over the phone about a year ago. She mentioned wanting to create a wedding at her parents home in Silverthorne. Where guests could spend the weekend in beautifully furnished tents from Shelter in the middle of a grove of aspen trees surrounded by the mountains. UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, I said…please pick me please pick me. Hey, I’m not ashamed as it was one of my favorite weddings I’ve photographed in a long time. Which is saying a lot as I love every wedding I photograph. But I loved the sense of adventure this one had. You had to drive in on a dirt road through beautiful forests, beside a huge lake at times and up a few steep hills. You pull into her parents home that sits on the hill overlooking mountains at every turn. Just jaw dropping in its views. They had hired catering company’s that had delicious hand tossed pizza’s, warm crusty bread and tasty salads. Each table had wine that Teddy and Natalie has personally chosen in the months planning their day. Or they had an open bar that served your choice of drink. Market lights were strung up from trees along the long extended tables…ahh, just magic to see their friends and family laughing through the night in such a pretty forest. What an amazing day that is hard to describe but hopefully my photos will give you an idea of just how special Natalie and Teddy’s day was. I was SO impressed with Bello and Blue Events and all their amazing attention to detail. This was a day that took a team of talented vendors and I’m so excited to share their links at the end of this post!

I literally had to go back through these three times. So incredibly stunning!!!! Obsessed with the venue, the details, her DRESS– OMG. If I could have a do-over of my wedding, it would be just like this one. Okay, now I have to go back and look at these some more… <3 <3
I can’t believe this was her parent’s home!!! Wow, what a gorgeous venue for a wedding ceremony! I think I’ll move into one of those tents 🙂 Wow just an amazing day overall — beautiful work!
Stop! How adorable! I can’t believe how cute the tents were! Such a fun idea, I don’t think I’ve seen anything else like that before. Congrats to the couple!
