Evergreen Lakehouse Wedding | Denver Wedding Photographer
Amy and Nate are such an easy going, quick to laugh couple and they chose the most beautiful place to share their vows! Evergreen Lakehouse overlooks all the beautiful Colorado mountains and of course the lake itself. Just breathtaking any time of day! I loved the pieces of Chicago that were added into their wedding. From the amazing popcorn to the super fun Chicago Groom’s cake…it made me smile as I grew up there and I LOVED seeing that.
So many sweet and special moments on Amy and Nate’s wedding day. Amy chose to get ready at her parents home. She had an incredibly special relationship with her grandpa and as it happened, her family had planted a lilac bush in honor of him. The amazing thing was that it decided to bloom on Amy’s wedding day. Absolutely special and heart warming.
The Evergreen Lakehouse has SO many beautiful places to have portraits. I loved the creek that runs long side the venue …the light after the ceremony was so stunning! And the way Amy and Nate just enjoyed each of their moments of their wedding day. SO important. After their first dance they sat and ate donuts and laughed together privately. I loved seeing that. Wedding days go by so fast and its hard to pause and reflect during your day but I think its wonderful when they can.

Evergreen Lake House is such a special venue! I love that you capture the lilac bush that bloomed in her grandpa’s honor! And the creek photos – those are a special treat! I never see them at Evergreen Lake House weddings! I hope you all were able to reminisce about some deep dish pizza and the L 🙂
WOW! talk about a dreamy landscape and beautiful wedding photos! Those sunflowers were something else also. I loved looking through the pictures of the bride and groom, their smiles were warm and welcoming and they looked like a match made in heaven. The pictures are perfect!
