Lost Gulch Boulder | Denver Wedding Photographer

Driving into Boulder I notice the big epic storm clouds rolling in over the mountains. Huh, crazy weather app did not predict this little storm lol. I met up with Chelsie and Troy in town and we all decided to go for it. We head up to the top of Lost Gulch and no rain has hit yet. But I’m also wondering why NO one was there. Its usually packed with people. We find out REALLY fast why no one was up there. I’m pretty sure we had about 50 mile per hour wind. It was insane. It literally knocked me back a few times. We went to the side of Lost Gulch and quickly grabbed a few before decided to head back down for a little and get in the woods to get a way from that crazy Boulder Colorado wind. But what is fun about Colorado is that it can clear out just as fast as it blows in. So we went back up and finished their beautiful engagement session up at the top. And I have to say both Chelsie and Troy were SO much fun to be around! They were originally from Hawaii and I told them if they wanted to get married there I would totally go and photograph their wedding there anytime. 😉 But they have chosen an equally epic place to get married at in Colorado and I can not wait to celebrate with them in October! They are currently living in California and flew in for the weekend to plan their Colorado Wedding. And I loved getting to be part of their fun getaway! Can’t wait to photograph your gorgeous wedding!
