The Rose Venue | Golden Colorado Wedding
Just over a month ago I photographed Mitch and Sarah’s incredible Golden Colorado Wedding. It feels crazy to me that over a month ago I watched people hug, laugh, dance and celebrate together. These photos are giving me life today. And I hope they do for you as well. That they remind you of why weddings bring about some of the most incredible memories for all involved. That you see family you haven’t seen in a while. And sometimes you see crazy friends out on the dance floor that you didn’t know had insane dance moves…or not. 😉 That your girlfriends can all come together and cry and laugh, fix your dress or veil. Or even the Uncle Bob’s needing to get the shot in the center of the aisle. I miss them too. lol I am just SO incredibly thankful I get to photograph these moments and I can not wait for this summer.
Mitch and Sarah had the most incredible wedding. They had their ceremony at Rolling Hill Country Club. Gorgeous views in any direction. Not only that, I have to say that they were incredible to work with. They took us where ever we needed to go for portraits and were so fun and energetic to be around. The sunset was so beautiful there. The mountains there reminded me a little of Utah. I also need to mention that the officiant, Sarah and Mitch’s friend, made everyone laugh, smile and cry. It was so heartwarming. And then when Sarah and Mitch read their vows…ahhh, guys, these two love each other so beautifully.
They moved everyone over to their reception at The Rose. You guys, SO incredibly gorgeous there. They brought in chandeliers and draping and then Bello and Blue worked their magic on all the incredible flowers and candles. The Rose has big tall ceilings, urban brick walls, and the contrast of soft white flowers with the industrial building was perfection. So much to say on this sweet day. That I photographed such an incredible couple and their sweet fur baby was a highlight to the start of my wedding season. I loved going back and seeing these images and I can not wait to share a few of my favorites with you all. To Sarah and Mitch, thank you for choosing me as your wedding photographer. Working with you guys from start to finish was so fun! I love following you on instagram…and my one regret is that I didn’t get to photograph you Sarah and Mitch hitting the slopes in your wedding attire the next day. Magic…that would have been magic. 😉 Thank you for being a dream to work for. Wishing you both the best in this next adventure in life!
