The Manor House | Erin and Mike
I met Erin and Mike in Breckenridge last year for their engagement session. From the first moment I knew their wedding would be so special for me to be part of. We had such an easy connection and I adored the way Mike treated Erin as well as Erin with Mike. Both incredibly kind souls with a wicked sense of humor. It was even brought up a few times during the ceremony how Mike loves to play practical jokes on the regular. My kind of people. Fast forward to planning their wedding at The Manor House during a pandemic and we had to shift and change and have backups to plans but through it all I could sense their one purpose was marrying each other and the rest would fall into place. Gosh its been a tough year having to navigate guest counts, if you can even have a wedding at your venue, etc etc…you learn a lot about people when hardships are thrown at you. I loved that Erin and Mike adapted and shifted around it so beautifully. Erin and Mike opted to have a first look where they shared their personal vows as well. For me, this is such a great way to spend MORE time with your future spouse. You get the benefit of having more personal and a time to pause and take in your whole day. Not only that but sharing your vows together adds so much sweet emotion.
Lets talk about the Manor House. You guys, its such a beautiful place to get married at. So many beautiful nooks inside to photograph. And I loved that Erin added in the bridal cottage for getting ready at the Manor House. It is so charming with the furniture and gorgeous window light everywhere. I was in love with all the possibilities.
While the guest count had to be downsized, the party still carried on. Glasses clinked all through the night, and the floor was still filled with souls dancing and laughing the night away. Just incredibly amazing to be part of Erin and Mike’s Manor House Wedding.
