A Colorado Elopement at Flying Horse Ranch | Megan and Andy
This year I was able to photograph so many sweet elopements in Colorado and one in Arizona. As many of my couples had to adapt a navigate their way through a really tough and emotional year…beautiful days are still happening. Megan and Andy had the help of Prive Events and Design and were able to have an incredible elopement at their wedding venue Flying Horse Ranch. Flying Horse Ranch offered their space for a few hours so Megan and Andy could share their vows in front of a few close friends and family. With the restrictions in place on traveling for many of their family members they had a zoom screening take place during their ceremony. Their plan is to have a much larger wedding celebration next year! I loved the creativity and of course their ability to adapt and move forward together. I loved the opportunity to get to know Megan and Andy through out their elopement. Both of them had such an incredible grateful outlook. Moments were that much sweeter . I was laughing at Andy’s dry sense of humor as it fits in so well with mine. I of course can not go through this post with out mentioning their incredible fur babies. I follow Megan on instagram and told her she NEEDED to bring them haha. They were a bit wild and a whole lot more cute. I might have had to add dog whistler to my skill set for this elopement. Megan’s nephews were the ring bearers…and they opted to be Bruce Wayne and Batman bringing down the rings to Andy. Absolutely brought a smile to everyone’s faces…I hope I get to see more of that next year haha. You guys, this was such a special day and I simply can’t wait to share a few of my favorites. Andy and Megan, you both were so amazing to work with. I loved your beautiful outlook on life and marriage and it was inspiring for me to be part of your day. I can’t wait for next year to celebrate again! I’ll keep practicing my dog wrangler skills. 😉
