Omni Interlocken Hotel Wedding | Lila and Jack

This wedding started at Lila and Jack’s beautiful church Saint John XXIII. What a beautiful ethereal presence as you walk in. The high vaulted ceilings with gorgeous stain glass windows makes everyone pause. I loved the relationship Lila and Jack had with their community at this church. Its clear the bonds these two have as well as their family are strong. Their ceremony started with a traditional Mass then moved into an all Latin Mass. I loved that their priest explained as he was going what each portion meant to the Catholic community. It allowed me to understand a bit more about their traditions and the deeper meaning as well. Just beautiful to see Lila and Jack taking it all in through out the ceremony. From their we moved to Lila’s College stomping grounds. Surrounded by gorgeous tall cottonwoods and beautiful manicured lawns this was a perfect place for portraits! We could see the storms rolling in so we moved QUICKLY haha…thunder started and we ended with Lila and Jack and umbrellas came in handy really quick. I loved that Lila’s Dad stayed behind to help hold everything. I still remember Lila and Jack running down that path to their limo waiting and I loved how they just laughed the whole way in the rain. We finished just in time as it became the biggest downpour ever. Our 45 minute commute to the Omni Interlocken turned into over an hour with traffic and wild weather. When we arrived the guests were all happily enjoying their cocktail hour with beautiful music playing.

I loved the indoor/outdoor ballroom that Lila and Jack had for their guests at the Omni Interlocken Hotel. Allowing guests to walk in and out and still be part of the wedding was so fun. The dancing was incredible with their live band they hired. They kept people laughing and smiling all through out the night playing some of Lila and Jack’s favorite songs. This day was made possible by such an amazing team of Colorado wedding vendors! Shout out to each and everyone of you for helping make Jack and Lila’s day shine and be incredibly fun to be part of.
