The Air Force Chapel is simply epic. You walk in…and you literally can’t help but pause and take in the beautiful architecture and stain glass windows. Its so unique and amazing. If you ever get the chance to visit…its so worth it. Alex and Mandy, such a beautiful couple together. The way they cared for each other…not only on their wedding day but at their engagement session…that is why I love what I do. Alex would help Mandy with her dress or smile and laugh with her. Mandy would hug Alex just a little tighter. Or when she was concerned with the rain Alex seemed to know just what to say to help her smile again. And I kind of think that is what brought the sun out for their bridal portraits. <3 What a stunning couple they make. One of my favorite memories of their day was watching Mandy’s bridesmaids laugh and run through the light rain…they knew it was going to be special for Mandy and did not complain at all. Maybe it was that that brought out the sun too. Either way, this wedding was beautiful and so heartfelt. From the gorgeous details, stunning floral work by Twigs and Posies, happy tears from Mandy’s Mom or the easy laughter all through out the day. I loved every minute of this couples wedding and I can’t wait to share more of it here.
I’ve also posted to my facebook page should you want to see a few more of this lovely Air Force Chapel Wedding.
At the end of this post will also be all the lovely vendors that helped make this amazing day possible for Mandy and Alex. Congrats again Mandy and Alex. It was simply a pleasure and an honor photographing your wedding day!
