Ashley and Robert | Colorado Engagement Photos
Ashley and Robert suggested Mt. Cutler for their engagement session. I had not been in forever but its absolutely gorgeous. I had scouted around earlier in the year and I had forgotten what a gorgeous gem this place was in Colorado Springs. You just have to be willing to hike up a mile to get to all those beautiful views. And Ashley and Robert were game! They brought their parents on the hike and I so loved getting to know them and laugh a long the way. It actually makes for an easy icebreaker as well. They drove in from Kansas to spend the weekend with Ashley’s parents. Ashley had told me on the hike up that this was one of the first trails she had taken Robert to here in Colorado and that was why it would be special for their engagement photos. I love that! That is what I hope for in each session to make it be something that is unique and special to my clients. Ashley and Robert, I loved getting to photograph you guys and laugh at all the random things I would say. 😉 You guys are such a fun adventurous couple…and I’m glad we talked you down from wanting to be any more dangerous on ledges than you were. Giving me heart attacks left and right haha.
I simply can not wait for your beautiful wedding this fall and spending more time with your family and close friends!
