Once Upon a Time Venue | A Colorado Wedding | Dax and Aleshia
Ahh, this wedding was so special for me to photograph. I’ve known Aleshia for over 15 years! Aleshia is a friend I know that would be there for me if I ever needed her. She’s loyal, sweet, witty and GORGEOUS. I loved getting to see her with her daughter as they were getting ready. Kylie used to babysit my kids when they were little…so again, just a really sweet wedding for me to be part of and witness. And Dax…gosh, these two are perfect for each other. I love the way Dax makes Aleshia laugh so easily. Honestly Dax is an easy guy to hang out with. My husband and Dax could probably talk car stuff for hours lol. But I also know just like Aleshia that Dax is the type of person that if help was needed he would step in and offer whatever he could. And it was obvious through out the day just how loved these two are by their friends and family. All the decor and delicious desserts were from friends of Aleshia. One of Aleshia’s closest friends Sarah married them. Absolutely loved her beautiful ceremony she did for them. The evening was spent catching up with old friends, dancing under market lights and eating delicious food. OHHH, I also forgot, Once Upon a Time had a gorgeous old vintage truck parked outside that they let us use for a few photos. OF course we had to take advantage. What a fun and unique photo op for a wedding day!
