Hearth House Venue | A Colorado Wedding | Justin and Taylor
I remember the sunshine on this wedding. Sounds crazy but for about a month I had rain at almost every wedding. Speaking of sunshine, this couple had such a fun way of reacting to the other. When we went off site from the Hearth House it was just the two of them…and of course me and my 2nd Heather. They just had such happiness that was SO contagious. I follow them on instagram and I love seeing these two do life together.
Hearth House is a favorite wedding venue in Colorado for me to photograph for a lot of reasons. I love the getting ready rooms for couples. The cottage down the road from the Hearth House has all the Chip and Joanna vibes. A gorgeous wood burning stove, vaulted ceilings, a kitchen with an awesome area for a makeup and hair stylist to work their magic…just a really well done space for a wedding day. Same style brought in over to the suite across the parking lot from the Hearth House. Wood accents, iron coat racks and space to play games or watch a game while waiting for your wedding to start. This was a destination wedding for Justin and Taylor and for all their guests. Monument is perfect for guests to fly into either Denver or Colorado Springs and SO much to see and explore through out the weekend.
Justin and Taylor wrote their own vows and I loved that they had their close friend officiate their ceremony. The beautiful aspens and tall grasses and flowers on edges were so gorgeous after all the rain we had in June. It can not be said enough…I love my job. I love each wedding that I get to step forward and photograph. The guests that bring their energy to the dance floor and the celebration of it all. Justin and Taylor, I LOVED being your wedding photographer! Two gorgeous souls and I love how easily you two love each other. Thank you for the honor of photographing your day!
