Bridgette and Jordan | Spruce Mountain | A Colorado Wedding
This was my last Colorado wedding for 2023. And WOW was it an incredible day celebrating with Bridgette and Jordan and all their family and friends. And in typical Colorado fall fashion the weather showed up and mixed fall with a blizzard. It was also freezing but that did not stop Bridgette or Jordan from having all their photos outside…it was magic for their first look. The sun trying to peek through the snow falling everywhere and fall on its full beautiful display. Gosh Bridgette has the best smile and I adored how she lit up around Jordan.
Bridgette and Jordan had their ceremony at the lower ranch on Spruce Mountain inside the lodge. Candles, market lights, beautiful draping and stunning florals made for such a unique wedding. I loved that they had photos of Jordan and Bridgette a long the aisles from childhood to high school. They had their friend officiate their wedding and it made for such a sweet and personal ceremony. Cheers and tears as the two kissed for the first time and walked back down the aisle as husband and wife. One of my favorite moments in a wedding is that first walk. SO much happy energy.
Spruce Mountain and all the amazing vendors helped flip the room for the reception and I was in absolute awe! I loved the bright colors mixed in with the candles and lights everywhere. The blizzard slower started to pick up at that point and having the fireplace blazing inside the lodge was so cozy. Toasts and dances and glasses clinking…gosh, weddings are pure happiness.
My absolute favorite moment of this wedding was just before we were leaving. Bridgette and Jordan went outside in the snow storm…all the guests pushed up against the windows and cheered for them as they shared a dance outside. The two of them and their beautiful happiness and laughing at the crazy weather…SUCH an amazing memory for me and I’m sure them. Thank you thank you Bridgette and Jordan for having me photograph your incredible wedding at Spruce Mountain. You were both so gracious kind and game for anything! Absolutely wish you both the best in your new marriage!
