The day started out kind of foggy. Jen and I drove in and you could see the Castle at a distance. Can we just pause and reflect that I said a Castle in a distance. Seriously, it kind of felt like we stepped back in time. This venue is such a surprise when you pull up to it. Absolutely breathtaking details, gorgeous views, eclectic beautiful art, libraries and old stone staircases…there were even gargoyles. To say we had fun at this wedding would be an understatement.
Now let me tell you about Rebecca. Charming, kind, and I swear she has the most amazing eyes and NATURAL eyelashes I have ever seen. The way she laughs…this is where I find her absolutely charming. Her face lights up and you can feel her happiness. She is stunning yes, but she makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. Then Matthew…I LOVED how he took care of Rebecca all day. Helping with her dress, letting her know she is beautiful…the calm to her quite nerves. I love getting to photograph and witness such beautiful and sweet moments.
Their first dance was one I will remember for a long time. It started to rain and they both just looked up at the sky and smiled. So much to love about this wedding. Rebecca and Matthew, I simply wish you both the best. Congrats on your beautiful new marriage!
