Piney River Ranch Wedding | Jason and Lizzy
I pulled up at the Piney River Ranch for Jason and LIzzy’s beautiful wedding and my draw dropped for several miles leading up to the main part of the venue. You guys, quite possibly one of the most incredible places I’ve ever been. Gorgeous lakes, creeks and trees all surrounded by the mountains in Vail. This venue is also a fun camping weekend getaway for those curious about visiting. They had several cabins and a restaurant there as well. Fishing, lazy canoe rides or kayaking could be seen through out most of the day for their wedding. The ceremony deck overlooks the lake and the mountains…this is an epic spot for a destination wedding.
I met both Jason and Lizzy on their wedding day. Both of them were so incredibly fun and easy to hang out with. I loved their approach to celebrating their love from start to the final send off. If they were stressed, I simply could not see it. Laid back and up for hiking and exploring this beautiful gem of a venue at Piney River Ranch. One of my favorite moments was when Jason saw LIzzy for the first time. Similar to my reaction to the gorgeous mountain views there…Jason’s draw dropped. Haha…you could see his absolute happiness and adoration for Lizzy. And she returned that right back. What an incredible and beautiful ceremony for them. Absolutely loved the floral backdrop that Prive Events put together for them. SO much creativity!
This wedding is not officially blogged till I give major credit to Jason’s best man. THANK you for safely taking Chelsea and I out on the lake to get some fun and unique photos of Jason and Lizzy on the water with the gorgeous mountains. That will forever go down as one of my favorite, I can’t believe I get to do this job, moments. 😉 Jason, you crushed it also by not falling in the water with Lizzy haha. What a fun way to have a sunset photo session.
To Jason and Lizzy, thank you so much for having me be part of your incredible Piney River Ranch Wedding. Not only was it an amazing day for me but it will forever hold some special memories. Wishing you both the best on all your latest and newest adventures!
